Promotional Graphics is a full-service flexographic printing company that offers top quality, competitively priced labels and tags. We manufacture a wide range of labeling products to meet our customer's individual needs based on their product specifications. Our in-house printing process makes us capable of mass printing through a 4-color process that can involve 8 color printing, UV ink, UV vanishing, front and backside printing, printing on adhesives, printing on film and roll, laminating, and embossing. Furthermore, we also specialize in the production of Anti-Static ESD (electro-static dissipative) labels. A standard label can give off as much as 5, 000 volts when the label is peeled from its liner. Electrostatic discharge can damage circuit boards and computer components during production. Our Anti-Static ESD labels are designed to eliminate this risk during label application and throughout the label life.     We directly manufacturer a wide range of label products through our in-house printing process. Our labels range from 8-color labels down to blank labels, and can include UV Varnshing and front and back side printing. We are capable of producing labels of almost any design and size and they undergo a carefully structured manufacturing process that ensures top quality.     Direct Manufacturer of assorted tags (including price tags, hang tags, etc) based on customer specifications for up to 8 colors. Along with labels, our in-house printing process produces a variety of tags used by customers for their products and services. Specific types include price tags, hang tags, joker tags, matchbook tags, and inventory tags. We are capable of printing designs that are up to 8 colors, and we feature front and back side printing, UV varnishing, lamination, blown holes, and perforation between tags. Our tags are absolutely suitable for a number of uses regarding the packaging, pricing, and listing of customer products.   • Anti-Static ESD Labels & Products

    A standard label can give off as much as 5,000 volts when the label is peeled from its liner. Electrostatic discharge can damage circuit boards and computer components during production. Our Anti-Static ESD labels are designed to eliminate this risk during label application and throughout the label life. With peel voltage less 100 volts, these labels virtually eliminate the electro-static charge that occurs when the label is removed from the liner. The surface of these labels is Static Dissipative. This means that throughout the life of the label it will prevent static build up that could cause damage to sensitive components. We manufacture the labels on two types of Anti-Static (ESD) label materials. Both materials are thermal transfer printable. They are available in any size that is needed. Samples and Spec sheets are available upon request. Materials: ESD Polyester - 2 mil. white, semi gloss, thermal transfer static dissipative polyester. This material is a cost effective solution for applications where the temperature does not exceed 400F. ESD Polymide - 2 mil. available in white, blue, green, and yellow. Polymides are designed to survive the high heat, harsh chemicals, solders, fluxes, and cleaners used in both lead free and standard electronics manufacturing processes. The white material can withstand up to 617F and the colored materials can withstand up to 550F
